Attic room was nice with windows on ceilings. Very spacious room with a bit old but nice furniture. Good water pressure for shower. A 3-min walk to the city's lovely old plaza. Overall very cosy and comfortable. Great value for money!!
Excellent location! The best place to stay for city trip, sightseeing etc. Lovely design, cosy rooms. Though in the very city center, it is very quiet and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Good value for money. All in all, highly recommendable.
Comfortable hotel, clean, with small bathrooms. Helpful staff, and a good location, withe one exception - the nightclub down the road.
Not the hotels fault, but the nightclub down the road was so noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, despite the 2 layers of double glazing, that we were unable to get any sleep. For only this reason, I would not recommend, unless noise throughout the whole night doesn't bother you.
The staff were very welcoming and gave guidance with our bikes to their garage. Seemed like a family run Hotel, which is a compliment to the detail of service.
Walking distance is perfect to discover the beauty of the city of Zaragoza. Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff.
Heating was overdone. The bathroom would be happy with a make over. e.g. shower instead of bath tub
The location is absolutely terrific - it was right around the corner from many of the main sights. The rooms were really quite nice as well.
The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Location was excellent. Good comfortable bed. Parking close by and secure.
Our room was rather small and the bath was tiny. We would still stay in the hotel again though.
The central position gives good access to all the main attractions.
Car park only takes small cars.
The location of the hotel was great, parking was provided at a reasonable cost and the staff were friendly.
Perfectly located in the center of Zaragoza, air-conditioned and with a good breakfast buffet.
Excellent value for the location close to the main square. Very pleasant staff, especially the lady at breakfast who (in addition to the buffet) brought fresh orange juice, good coffee and tostadas she made for us to the table, all with a big smile. We stayed just along the street at Hotel San Valore a few days earlier, which is also excellent value - choice would depend on whether you want a small breakfast in San Valore coffee shop for E2.50 with a modern room for E48 or a big breakfast at Hotel Sauce included in the E60 for a more traditional pretty room.
The excellent breakfast, window that opens, and location.
The air conditioning was turned off due to exceptionally hot October weather so the noisy Saturday evening partying from the streets(not in the hotel) meant we had to keep the window open.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful. When we arrived, the room we were directed to was still occupied, but we were quickly given another, which we think was probably better. It was very comfortable and the water was hot. The staff also went out of their way to help us book a room at our next stop in Jaca and did so on our behalf. Our breakfast was good and the staff most friendly. When we left we were given excellent instructions as to how to get to the bus station. Overall we were well looked after and would like you to pass on our thanks to the staff.
Friendly personal, nice room with blinds and double glass so it is very quiet inside, good breakfast and location in the center of the town. Museum and monumental churches are in the neighbourhood and also a good restaurant 100 M. further, Las Palomas, with buffet.
A minor problem, no stop in the bath. The shower however was good.
Location excellent Place for the car Helpful staff
Quite difficult to deal with the one-ways and street construction to finally make it to the hotel for someone unfamiliar with the city. It is nothing short of a miracle I did not scrape a wall or pillar in their garage with the rental car given the tight twists and turns.
